This recipe, tastes wonderful and is easy to make! The well-seasoned potato chunks are an excellent side dish for fish, poultry or meat. Who doesn't like simple & delicious potatoes, sweet and sour!
What we will need

1/8 cup olive oil liquid butter 2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves) 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to make it
Preheat the oven to 245 degrees C.

Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic, until the potatoes are well coated.

Before putting them in the oven, spread them with butter and honey.

Roast for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until they turn occasionally to brown on all sides.
